Anirban is presently representing its client in a challenge to the Domestic Arbitration Award in the Delhi High Court under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The said award arises out of an EPC contract.

KALANITHI MARAN AND KAL AIRWAYS VERSUS SPICEJET & Anr.
Anirban represented its clients against Spicejet in securing a Rs. 579 crores interim deposit order from the Learned Single Judge of the High Court. Anirban represented the client till Supreme Court to secure the interim order. Anirban represented the client in execution of the arbitration award to the tune of around Rs.900 crores against SpiceJet and its current promoter) as well as in the in the Section 34 proceedings.

ONE CHOME:
The suits filed against One Chome before the Delhi high Court was also successfully closed by challenging the maintainability of the suit in view of the closure of the disputes between the parties before SIAC, Singapore.
