Anirban secured an arbitration award for his clients to the tune of around Rs.900 crores against SpiceJet and its current promoter.The matter is pending adjudication in Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in Section 34 and execution proceedings.

VOESTALPINE V DMRC
This matter involved sale and maintenance of railway tracks for DMRC and a dispute arising out of the performance of the contract, performance guarantees and other allied issues. Anirban advised and strategized and negotiated on behalf of Voestalpine leading to an amicable resolution of the disputes.

RELIANCE COMMERCIAL FINANCE LIMITED
Anirban appeared in a domestic arbitration against its Client’s collection agent before the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Delhi High Court Anirban represented a Partner in his dispute qua dissolution of the Partnership firm (one of the oldest and prestigious) against the other Partner.

SANY HEAVY INDUSTRY INDIA PVT. LTD.
Anirban is representing Sany in its arbitrations across the country and presently against its distributor, Crossland Earth Movers Pvt. Ltd. in a dispute arising from termination of the distributorship agreement. Anirban has successfully represented his client in section 11 Arbitration proceedings in the High Court of Orissa at Cuttack and in the Lucknow High Court. Anirban is also representing its client in various arbitrations.
