AT & T:
Anirban represented AT & T, the American telecom giant and attained successful closure of an enquiry initiated by the Department of Telecom, Government of India for alleged violation of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 and consequential penalties and criminal liability. The Department of Telecom had handed over the matter to the CBI to conduct a preliminary enquiry and the case was closed after long deliberations/meetings.

MOSER BAER:
Advised and represented Moser Baer in a multijurisdictional transborder litigation against Philips on a patent issue in its hometown before the Court of International Jurisdiction at the Hague, a Civil Suit in Minnesota and an original side civil suit proceeding before the High Court of Delhi. The stay granted by the Hon’ble Delhi High Court continued in favour of Moser Baer for over 3 years which led to a global settlement in favour of our Client.

FOREIGN HIGH NET WORTH INDIVIDUALS- EXPLOSIVES ACT:
Advised and secured the closure of the case against a foreign national under the Explosives Act, 1884. Anirban secured a rare ‘withdrawal from prosecution” in the case of an American business tycoon whom the State was intending to prosecute under the Explosives Act, 1884.

Anirban Secured a quashing of an FIR against a Foreigner in possession of live bullets from the Delhi High Court.
