Anirban has advised and represented the Client in a Section 397/398 Companies Act, 1956 action before the CLB, Chennai. The matter was hotly contested by a foreign investor looking for an opportunity to exit from a joint venture with the Government of Tamil Nadu for distribution of clean water in Tirupur.

STEELCO GUJRAT LIMITED – ANTI SUIT:
Anirban assisted The Clients in an effort to obtain an anti-suit injunction before the Bombay High Court to prevent a civil action against his client pending before the competent courts in Antwerp, Belgium.

AADHAR INFRAHOLDING LTD.
Anirban represented his client before the NCLAT in an appeal against the NCLT order commencing CIRP.

SUMEDHA MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD.
